Lighthouse Local is a beloved bakery cafe in Bedford, NH, offering artisan donuts, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, deli sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee beverages, local gifts, and catering. Available Roles Cafe Team Members (Full-Time and Part-Time) M-F What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service in our cafe, bakery display, and register areas. Prepare and serve coffee drinks, fresh pastries, breakfast sandwiches, deli items, and more. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and help with daily opening/closing tasks. Support catering prep, stocking, and special orders when needed.

For Manager/Assistant roles:

Lead the team, manage shifts, ensure quality and safety standards, and help drive operations as we grow. Hours & Schedule Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and weekdays.

Current business hours:

Mon-Fri 7 AM-4 PM, Sat-Sun 8 AM-3 PM (schedules may vary with business needs). Requirements Previous cafe, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus but not required—we'll train the right people! Strong customer service skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, lift 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain).

For Manager/Assistant positions:

Prior supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, strong organizational skills, and a passion for team development. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience and role.
