Typical Day You Will:

Provide superior customer to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business. Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution. Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy andcustomer satisfaction
