Gunstock Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for Seasonal Tickets Representatives for the upcoming winter season. This front-line position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with the reservation and purchase of lift tickets, season passes and rental packages. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding customer service, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests in person and over the phone Process resort sales transactions professionally and accurately Utilize point-of-sale systems and resort software with proficiency Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and computer skills Uphold Gunstock's core values and promote a safe, welcoming environment Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism Support a safe workplace by modeling appropriate behavior and reporting hazards

Qualifications:

Must be 17 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service experience and POS system knowledge preferred Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
