We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Position Summary As a Retail Team Member, you'll help create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers while supporting all aspects of store operations. From assisting customers and stocking shelves to processing donations and keeping the store organized, every day brings something different. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Stock, price, and merchandise products throughout the store Process incoming donations and merchandise Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment Assist with loading and unloading merchandise as needed Help customers locate products and answer questions Support store promotions and special events Work as part of a team to achieve store goals Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Retail, customer service, warehouse, or thrift store experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee discount Team bonus opportunities based on store performance Advancement opportunities for motivated employees Fun and unique work environment where no two days are the same Why Join Pickers?
