As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring an organized and efficient environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for plants, flowers and customer interaction. Responsibilities Based on department; responsibilities can range from interacting with customers in store, or on the phone, setting up displays, taking floral orders, assisting in floral, maintaining plants in the greenhouse, maintaining out door plants, assisting customers with plant/garden choices, cashiering, delivering and cleaning. Requirements Previous experience in a garden center or florist is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks. A willingness to learn new skills related to gardens, plants and flowers. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
