Duties Lead store opening and closing procedures with confidence, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations Assist customers with personalized consultations to enhance their shopping experience Upsell products and promote new arrivals to meet or exceed sales targets while building strong client relationships Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store environment is inviting and well-presented Handle stock management tasks including inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organizing backroom storage Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors Support cashiering duties such as cash handling, processing returns, and managing sales data analysis for improved performance Experience Previous retail sales experience is not a must Strong communication skills in English Proven ability to achieve sales targets through effective upselling techniques and client relationship building Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and inventory management are necessary Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences while advancing your career in a lively, supportive environment.
