Position Summary:
The Print Technician is responsible for operating wide-format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed textile products. This role supports the production process from material preparation through finished roll inspection, ensuring color accuracy, print quality, and on-time order fulfillment. The Print Technician works closely with the production team to maintain efficient workflow, troubleshoot equipment and print issues, and support continuous production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate wide-format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed textile products. Safely load and unload material rolls weighing up to 50 pounds. Perform color matching against approved standards to ensure consistent and accurate print output. Monitor production runs and conduct in-process quality inspections to maintain print quality standards. Assist with production prioritization and workflow decisions as needed to support on-time order fulfillment. Troubleshoot equipment and print quality issues, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime. Adapt to changing production needs and learn new processes, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques over time. Previous wide-format printing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Support material preparation activities by inspecting incoming textile rolls for quality issues and suitability for production. Safely operate inspection and material handling equipment following established procedures. Prepare and stage material rolls to ensure production equipment has the necessary inventory available when needed. Inspect finished printed rolls for defects, quantity requirements, and overall product quality before finishing operations. Prepare printed material for downstream finishing processes, including rewinding and transferring rolls as required. Assist other production areas as needed to support departmental goals and customer delivery requirements.
Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods. Ability to visually inspect products for color accuracy and print quality.
Qualifications:
Wide-format print experience preferred but not required. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. High attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
Compensation:
Pay and Benefits $25.00

Current Benefits Package:
1. Long Term Disability Insurance after (90) days of employment. LDI will cover 100% of the premium costs related to our company sponsored LTD insurance policy. Summary plan details will be provided to you. 2. Health & Prescription Drug, Vision and Dental Insurance after (30) days of employment. LDI will cover 75% medical insurance expense for individuals and dependents. Vision insurance is 100% employer paid. Dental insurance is paid fully by the employee. 3. You will be eligible for LDI's incentive program beginning in 2026. Typically, bonuses range from 3
  • 10% of an employee's annual salary.
Bonus amounts are a factor of both company sales and margin. 4. 401(k) with company match. You will be eligible to take part in LDI's 401(k) program after (90) days of employment. LDI provides a Company match as follows: 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions. Summary plan details will be provided to you. 5. You will receive two (2) weeks of vacation annually. LDI also pays eligible employees for eleven (11) holiday days per year.
