Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs Provide detailed information about our storage buildings, and financing options to help customers make informed decisions Process transactions accurately using cash handling, and technology Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and following up as needed Uphold company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and compliance standards Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments ideal, but willing to train the right person Strong communication, computer skills, and a positive can- do attitude are a must Ability to handle cash accurately and manage the online ordering portal Ability to work independently or within a team while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while building your career in retail sales and customer service!
