Off The Charts- Budtender Position Full/Part Time

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment Educate customers about various cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular stock checks to maintain a well-stocked store environment Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar setting Supervising experience is a plus; ability to lead by example and support team members Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and retail math tasks efficiently Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about industry-specific offerings Join us as an Off The Charts Budtender where your energy fuels our success!
