Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive evaluations and design personalized therapy programs for outpatient clients Modify treatment plans based on patient progress, needs, and physician directives Offer expert guidance to therapy staff on discipline-specific interventions Document clinical findings, care plans, and outcomes in a clear, timely manner Educate patients, families, and students, fostering a positive learning and care environment Uphold standards for personal appearance, punctuality, and professionalism Promote a safe environment by adhering to rigorous safety standards and proactively preventing workplace hazards Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives Maintain state licensure and meet all continuing education requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Current PT license (or eligibility) in New Jersey Previous experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings is highly desirable Strong commitment to patient and staff safety Excellent communication skills and passion for education Ability to excel independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
