Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directives Oversee and delegate therapy services, ensuring functional, goal-oriented programs for community reintegration Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues Thoroughly document assessments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and clinic policies Prioritize patient and employee safety, upholding all clinic protocols regarding safe patient and materials handling Participate in student supervision, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment Pursue ongoing professional development and incorporate new knowledge into practice Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state and organizational standards Contribute to performance improvement initiatives by providing constructive feedback

Required Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Commitment to safety, ethical practice, and clinic core values Excellent communication and teamwork skills
