Sweetheart Coast AC isn't just a store — it's a vibe. From summer-inspired apparel to all-season staples, we create an inviting space where locals and visitors alike feel like they're part of something special — and we're looking for a Retail Sales Associate who can help provide an amazing shopping experience. What you'll do
- Assist in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
- Maintain a high-quality shopping experience by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and making everyone feel welcome.
- Provide an engaging efficient check-out experience.
- Help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting room area.
- Keep displays stocked, folded, and visually appealing.
- Be a brand ambassador! Create and collaborate on content that shines on social media.
- Assist in sales events, pop-ups, or promotional campaigns.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. What you bring
- Previous retail experience a plus (not necessary).
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn tools like Shopify or POS systems.
- Be a brand advocate who brings passion, energy, drive and positivity into customer interactions.
- Be mature and self-motivating.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
