Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, floral design, and gardening supplies Identify plants and horticultural products to help customers make informed decisions Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain attractive merchandising throughout the store Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and product organization Communicate effectively with team members via phone or in person to coordinate tasks and customer needs Requirements Previous outdoor work experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions Passion for horticulture, floral design, and plant identification to assist customers confidently Excellent organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle retail math and cash handling accurately Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces!
