This is more than a cashier position. We are seeking candidates who take ownership, deliver excellent customer service, maintain operational accuracy, and are interested in developing with a growing business. Retail experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Treez, Metrc, AIQ/Dispense, inventory, marketing, or retail leadership is a major plus. Responsibilities Deliver knowledgeable, professional customer service. Educate customers on cannabis products, brands, strains, cannabinoids, terpenes, and product categories. Make thoughtful recommendations and effectively upsell promotions and complementary products. Accurately operate POS systems and handle cash and electronic payments. Stock, merchandise, rotate, and organize inventory. Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, receiving, and compliance. Maintain accurate pricing, promotions, product information, and online menu data. Answer customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, availability, and store policies. Support daily store operations and maintain all required cannabis compliance and safety standards. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly valued:

Treez:

product setup, discounts, collections, invoices, inventory, reconciliation, and troubleshooting AIQ /

Dispense:

promotions, menu management, customer-facing product information, and SMS marketing

Metrc:

receiving, inventory tracking, reconciliation, and compliance Cannabis retail sales, merchandising, inventory, or supervisory experience Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT/AI tools, social media, digital marketing, promotional graphics, or e-commerce Qualifications Strong customer-service, communication, and sales skills Knowledge of cannabis products, brands, strains, cannabinoids, and terpenes Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment POS, cash-handling, stocking, merchandising, or inventory experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are highly valued Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to drive when needed are strongly preferred Cannabis experience is preferred, but strong retail candidates who demonstrate initiative and a genuine willingness to learn will also be considered.
