Responsibilities Serve a variety of beverages, snacks, and light food items directly from the cart to guests or players with efficiency and friendliness Manage food and beverage orders accurately Maintain a clean and organized beverage cart, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards at all times Upsell additional items by recommending popular drinks or snacks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions efficiently, and balance the register at shift end Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking special requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales transactions with strong cash handling skills Ability to perform food preparation tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales tracking This role is perfect for individuals with restaurant experience or those eager to build their career in the food industry.
