is an authorized dealer of Benjamin Moore paints with retail store locations in Mount Laurel Cinnaminson, Warminster, and Bordentown, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Burlington Design Center is seeking to fulfill a full-time position for an experienced Paint Sales Associate. Experience and prior knowledge of working in the retail paint industry preferred (Benjamin Moore or competitors). Sales Associate will work with a number of brands in the coatings and construction industries such as Benjamin Moore, Festool, Titan and light industrial products. Job Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Processing sales through the POS system
• Operating and balancing cash registers
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products
• Operating paint tinting machines and software
• Tinting and mixing paint
• Maintain store stock and appearance.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work alongside a team of co-workers
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• The ability to perform moderate heavy lifting
• Flexibility for scheduling, ability to work full-time (35-45 hours) opening and/or closing shifts, weekends, in either store location as needed.
