• Overview:

• We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services or facilities
• Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Assist in resolving guest issues or escalating them to the relevant personnel

• Skills:

• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
