What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive in-store experience. Learn about customer needs and recommend wireless products and services that fit their preferences. Explain phones, plans, features, promotions, and available options. Assist customers with purchases, orders, and transactions using company systems. Keep the sales floor organized, welcoming, and customer-ready. Stay informed about the latest wireless products, plans, promotions, and services. Provide helpful, professional, and knowledgeable customer service. Work closely with your team to create a positive and productive store environment. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
