Lunali Nail Supply is a professional nail and beauty supply retailer serving nail technicians, salon owners, beauty professionals, and beauty enthusiasts. We carry a large selection of professional nail products, tools, equipment, and supplies from leading brands in the industry. Because this is a new store opening , team members hired for this location will have the opportunity to be part of the store from the beginning. Before opening, you will assist with setting up the store, receiving and organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, creating displays, labeling products, and preparing the location for customers. Once the store opens, your primary responsibility will be delivering excellent customer service while helping maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and sales-focused store.

$16.00 per hour ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Greet every customer in a friendly and professional manner. Ask questions to understand what customers need and help them locate the appropriate products. Learn our products, brands, promotions, and store policies so you can confidently assist customers. Recommend complementary products when appropriate and help customers discover new products. Provide knowledgeable service to nail technicians, salon professionals, and other customers. Answer customer questions in person and over the phone. Help create a welcoming shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Store Opening & Setup Because this is a brand-new location, associates hired before opening should be comfortable helping with: Unpacking and organizing incoming merchandise. Receiving and counting inventory. Stocking and labeling shelves. Setting up product displays and merchandising. Organizing back-stock and storage areas. Cleaning and preparing the sales floor. Moving boxes and merchandise as needed. Helping the management team prepare the store for opening day. Everyone on the opening team will be expected to contribute wherever needed to get the store ready. Daily Store Operations Operate the Shopify POS system and process customer transactions accurately. Handle cash, credit/debit, returns, exchanges, and store pickup orders according to company procedures. Restock merchandise throughout the day and maintain organized shelves. Monitor low-stock and misplaced merchandise and communicate inventory needs to management. Maintain accurate product placement, pricing, and displays. Keep the sales floor, checkout area, shelves, and back-stock areas clean and organized. Assist with receiving deliveries, verifying quantities, and putting merchandise away. Help prepare online and store-pickup orders when needed. Follow opening, closing, cash-handling, inventory, loss-prevention, and store procedures. Work as part of the team to meet store sales and operational goals. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers. Dependable and punctual. Strong attention to detail and organization. Willingness to learn about professional nail products and brands. Comfortable recommending and selling products—not simply operating a register. Able to work independently while also contributing to a team. Willing to clean, stock, organize, receive merchandise, and handle other everyday retail responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and switching between tasks when needed. Able to follow procedures and accept coaching and feedback. Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends as needed. Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal retail tasks such as stocking, bending, reaching, and moving merchandise. Preferred Qualifications Previous retail, sales, beauty supply, nail industry, salon, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required . Knowledge of nail products—including gel polish, acrylic systems, builder gels, nail art, electric files, nail tips, and professional salon supplies—is a strong plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus , but not required. More importantly, we are looking for people who are reliable, motivated, organized, willing to learn, and genuinely enjoy helping customers.
