Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently embodying Cole Haan's standards for appearance, professionalist, and customer engagement. Guide customers through the "Step into Style" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations across product categories and creating head-to-toe solutions that reflect their lifestyle and individual style. Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs. Support Store Operations:

Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience. Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment. Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing. Execute all housekeeping tasks.
