Job Description
We are a new and growing trading card store specializing in collectible card games, sports cards, and hobby products. Our goal is to create a welcoming, fun, and knowledgeable environment for collectors of all ages—from beginners to seasoned players. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Store Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys trading cards, customer interaction, and being part of a community-focused retail space. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner Answer questions about products, games, and events Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness Buy, sell, and trade cards following store guidelines (training provided) Assist with in-store events, tournaments, and promotions Help prevent loss and maintain a safe, respectful environment Perform opening and closing duties as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge of trading cards, collectible games, or hobby retail (preferred, not required) Ability to learn product values and game basics Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be at least 18 Years old
