Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Educate customers about different cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Conduct product demonstrations and explain usage instructions clearly and responsibly Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize satisfaction and sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Manage inventory levels through stock checks and assist with restocking as needed Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and store policies regarding age restrictions and product handling Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing information or directing calls appropriately Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in grocery stores or similar environments Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and responsible consumption practices Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively to meet sales goals Excellent phone etiquette with professional demeanor during inbound inquiries Strong merchandising skills including stocking shelves and maintaining attractive displays Join us in creating an engaging shopping environment where customers feel valued and informed.
