About Fedko Fine Jewelry Fedko Fine Jewelry is an independent fine jewelry studio and showroom located in Madison, New Jersey. We specialize in fine jewelry, custom jewelry design, engagement rings, wedding bands, and one-of-a-kind pieces . Our jewelry is designed and created with a strong focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized service. Our showroom and jewelry workshop are located together, allowing clients to work directly with our jeweler throughout the design and creation process. We work with natural and lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, gold, platinum, titanium, and other fine jewelry materials. We take pride in providing a personal, high-quality experience for every client and in creating jewelry that is meaningful and made specifically for the person who will wear it. About the Position We are looking for a friendly, professional, reliable, and proactive person to join our team as a Client Experience & Jewelry Sales Associate . This is a hands-on position that combines client communication, sales, daily store support, and administrative responsibilities . The right person will work closely with the owners and jeweler and become an important part of our daily operations. Previous jewelry experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Communication Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience in our showroom. Communicate with clients in person, by phone, email, and Instagram. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Answer questions about jewelry, products, appointments, and custom orders. Follow up with clients and potential customers. Help schedule and prepare for appointments. Maintain strong and professional client relationships. Communicate client requests and project details to the owners and jeweler. Jewelry Sales Assist clients in selecting jewelry based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Learn our collections, products, gemstones, metals, and jewelry terminology. Explain jewelry features and help clients understand their options. Assist with engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewelry, and custom jewelry inquiries. Follow up with potential customers and help move inquiries toward completed sales. Develop confidence in conducting jewelry consultations. Build relationships with returning clients. Gradually take on more independent sales responsibilities. Store & Administrative Support Prepare and package jewelry orders. Print, organize, and prepare invoices and other documents. Prepare items for client appointments. Assist with shipping and receiving. Help maintain an organized and welcoming showroom. Assist with displays, photographs, packaging, and other store projects. Help with various administrative and organizational tasks. Support the owners and jeweler with day-to-day operations. Required Qualifications Excellent English — both written and verbal. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and polished appearance. Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable using a computer. Comfortable with email, Instagram, and other digital communication tools. Ability to communicate professionally with clients. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday. Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is a plus: Sales Retail Customer service Luxury retail Fine jewelry Administrative work Social media Client relationship management Jewelry experience is not required. •27/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Dress Code & Professional Standards Because we work with fine jewelry and provide a high-end client experience, employees are expected to maintain a clean, polished, professional appearance while working. Business-professional / polished attire is required. Specific dress-code guidelines will be provided during onboarding. Paid Sick Leave Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable New Jersey state law . Introductory Period The first three months will be an introductory period during which we will evaluate performance, reliability, communication, initiative, ability to learn, attention to detail, customer service, sales development, and overall fit with the team. Compensation and responsibilities may be reviewed as the employee develops and demonstrates increased skills and responsibility. Health insurance is not provided. Interested?
