Full-Time / Part-Time (Must be available Monday-Thursday, 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM)

What You'll Do Center Operations & Shipping:

Expertly manage packing, shipping, and logistics operations (UPS, freight, and drop-off management) ensuring safety and accuracy.

Print & Document Services:

Handle print production, copying, scanning, binding, and faxing using professional-grade equipment.

POS & Transactions:

Process customer transactions efficiently, handle Amazon/carrier returns, and manage register operations.

Specialized Business Services:

Assist with mailbox services, notarizations (Notary Public commission is a major plus!), and tailored small business solutions.

Store Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and professional store environment aligned with brand standards.

Customer Relations:

Build rapport with regular business clients and walk-in customers, offering consultative recommendations based on their specific needs.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous work history at The UPS Store, FedEx Office, or a similar pack-and-ship/print retailer is highly preferred .

Skills:

Strong computer literacy, multitasking abilities, and comfort learning new retail tech and POS systems.

Work Ethic:

A dependable, punctual, and proactive attitude. You can work independently and support a close-knit team during peak hours.

Credentials:

Current New Jersey Notary Public commission is a significant advantage (or qualified to obtain one).
