Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers. Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support during shifts. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
