Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommendations to our guests, ensuring they have a positive experience at our dispensary. You will be required to be on your feet for long hours, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform multiple tasks including working as a budtender/cashier, greeting and verifying guests, running product, and ensuring accuracy of orders.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide customers with product information, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their needs Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and securely Maintain an organized and clean dispensary environment Follow all company policies and procedures related to compliance, safety, and security Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities:

Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase cannabis products Follow all security protocols to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and products Maintain strict compliance with all state and local laws and regulations related to cannabis sales and distribution Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in difficult situations Work with management and team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions As a Budtender, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and compliance of our operations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow strict protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our dispensary.

Requirements:
