Job Description
We're looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales Agents. You don't need a long sales background or a perfect résumé we're looking for people who communicate well, learn quickly, and are willing to put in the effort. You'll receive hands-on training to help you become comfortable speaking with customers, understanding products and services, and building confidence in sales. What You'll Be Doing
- Talk with customers
- Learn how to identify what a customer needs
- Explain products, promotions, and available options
- Assist customers through the signup process
- Work toward weekly sales and performance goals
- Learn alongside experienced team members
