This position is primarily weekends and is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people in a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Check in bowling reservations and walk-in customers Assign bowling lanes and process payments Answer phones and assist with basic customer questions Provide bowling shoes and assist guests with lane needs Help with birthday parties, groups, and special events Keep the front desk, concourse, and guest areas clean and organized Assist with basic bowling lane issues as needed Work with other team members to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable handling cash and using a POS/register system Able to multitask during busy periods Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required Must be available to work weekends, including Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays Holiday availability may be required
