Job Description

All American Ford in Old Bridge is one of the top dealerships in the U.S. and we are hiring! We currently have an open position for Automotive Parts Road Sales Associate. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team. This position calls for an individual with strong work ethics, determined to excel in this industry and wants to be a part of the All American Family! This position has the compensation of $60,000/year, salary plus commission with huge growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Visit assigned customers and prospect for new customers. Sale and Delivery of Jerr-Dan Towing Accessories. Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership. Follow up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly. Communicate parts orders to counter-people. Advise whether status is stock or emergency. If emergency, counter-person will check and advise on availability. Advise counter-person on delivery instructions. All requests for \"same day\" delivery by the dealership truck should be in by 8 a.m. Turn in call reports along with time sheets. Coordinate service sales with service advisors. Maintain an insurance policy that is acceptable to the dealership, listing the dealership as \"additional insured.\" Advise Parts Manager (and Credit Assistant, if applicable) of changes in customers' names, addresses, etc. Attend meetings at Ford Eastern Regional Office for Ford Pro Certified Parts Wholesaling Dealer Program Manage State and Municipal contracts with Parts Director, including reviewing delivery to key departments on time, as well as attending bid openings. Ford will sometimes request to deliver parts/pick up parts for/from other dealerships.
