Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment Delivery of Employee training, facilitating meetings, and delivering feedback Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, and/or microphones Ability to drive top line sales through effective floor leadership and people development Execute effective floor leadership Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing Point of sale automated systems Ensure stores goals are achieved through smart actions and strategic planning Elevate the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. Ability to perform traffic counting duties that occur outside of the store Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (does not mean you'll be scheduled for 20 hours, but 20 hours of availability must be given) Join the LEGO® Brand Retail Team! button above or below. The hourly wage for the position has a range of $21.45 to $22.85 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
