The Retail team member position is responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to fans during our events and in stores. What You'll Do as an Event Customer Service Team Member Meet, greet, and interact with customers to meet their needs. Stock, price, and organize merchandise Assist with the gameday set-up and merchandising of all retail locations Demonstrate excellent product knowledge Be a champion at suggestive selling Conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines. Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime Other duties as assigned You will Be a Great Fit if You are Professional in appearance and conduct Friendly & outgoing Customer service-oriented and like to help others Comfortable multi-tasking and adapting easily to change Someone who likes to have fun at work and work with a team Be willing to work extended hours on event days, including weekends Reliable with regular attendance Adept at basic computer and math skills

The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company's incentive plans.
