We are looking for a customer-oriented sales representative. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Wireless Retail Sales Consultant Responsibilities Include:

Inspire customers to find smartphones, tablets, accessories and other relevant products to best meet their needs Recommend Fios and bundle packages that are available in their area. Develop new and existing customer accounts while contacting existing customers to ensure current needs are being met Handle sales and service inquiries for wireless retail customers by providing efficient, courteous customer service and assistance Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions Responsible for overall operation and cleanliness of retail store location Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies and trends with in-store training Wireless Retail Sales Consultant Requirements We're looking for motivated sales people with genuine ambition, the ability to close sales, beat sales quotas and earn high volume sales commissions. At least 2 year degree or one year relevant sales experience requested Career oriented individuals with long term-objectives Professional sales manner and appearance Ability to work a flexible sales schedule including weekdays and weekends Organizational skills a must Punctuality and consistent work attendance required Wireless Retail Sales Consultant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude
