Our Spray Seal team based in Rutherford (Newcastle) is looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking Crew Members to join the team as we build our workforce for upcoming projects. We're looking for candidates who have spray seal/asphalt/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry. To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience; Hold a current Full Car licence. Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card (White Card). Are available to work overtime, weekends, or to live and travel away from home as required. A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Possess a strong commitment to safety. Be willing to be flexible and adaptable for a multitude of tasks. Be a strong team player, reliable and hard-working. Someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment. While not essential, it is advantageous if you; Have previous experience in the civil or road construction industry. Hold a current
