Job Description
Your Role at Passion Vines As a Passion Vines Team Member, you will create exceptional customer experiences through Remarkable Service, accuracy, and teamwork. You'll support daily store operations including sales, stocking, and overall store presentation. Key Accountabilities Customer Experience Greet every guest with warmth; offer help after brief browsing. Provide knowledgeable assistance and ensure each interaction ends positively. Take ownership—find answers, stay engaged, and close the sale. Cashiering Follow register procedures to timely and accurately handle all transactions. Maintain integrity, focus, and responsibility when handling monies. Stocking & Organization Keep shelves and back stock organized and replenished with a sense of urgency. Use downtime to tidy and restock efficiently. Assist with picking and receiving inter-store transfers. Communication Answer phones promptly and professionally. Relay messages and follow-ups to Leadership as needed. E-Commerce and Party Orders (EHT only, as assigned) Assist with the picking and organization of products in preparation for local van delivery, third party app deliveries, in-store pickups, FedEx shipping orders, and Big Party Orders. Bar Service (Somers Point only, as assigned) Follow Bar Manual procedures to serve bar guests with product knowledge and professionalism. Requirements Must meet the applicable state minimum age to sell/handle alcohol. Prior cashier or retail experience preferred, not required. Clear and concise communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Genuine interest in wine, beer, and spirits is a plus.
