What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Cosmo Car Wash and play a vital role in driving the growth of our Unlimited Membership Program.

Your responsibilities include:

Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Educate customers on the benefits and value of the Cosmo Unlimited Wash Club. Convert retail customers into Unlimited Memberships. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals. Build relationships with guests through exceptional customer service. Maintain knowledge of all wash packages, promotions, and membership options. Assist customers with questions regarding memberships, billing, and account management. Work closely with Site Management to improve customer experience and sales performance. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment. Represent Cosmo Car Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with customers. Passionate about sales and achieving goals. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Competitive and driven by performance-based incentives. Comfortable initiating conversations with customers. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Positive team player with excellent communication skills. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
