High End Dispensary is a brand new premium cannabis retail destination opening in South River, NJ , and we are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Budtenders to join our opening team. As a Budtender, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating an elevated, welcoming, and educational dispensary experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated retail environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional, and engaging retail experience Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and accessories Assist customers with product selection based on preferences, experience, and desired effects Verify IDs and ensure all sales are handled in compliance with New Jersey cannabis laws and company policies Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies Restock product displays and help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Support inventory tasks, merchandising, and general day-to-day dispensary operations Work collaboratively with team members to provide a consistent, high-end customer experience Qualifications Must meet all legal requirements to work in a cannabis dispensary in New Jersey Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Cash handling and POS experience preferred Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds Ability to bend, reach, stock, and perform repetitive retail tasks Why Join High End Dispensary?
