Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting plants, gardening supplies, outdoor tools, and landscape materials Provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, floral design, and horticulture to help customers achieve their outdoor goals Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Maintain attractive displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to enhance store appeal Identify plants and gardening products to educate customers and support their outdoor projects Process phone inquiries related to product availability, store hours, or gardening tips with clear communication skills Support outdoor work activities such as plant care, stocking outdoor merchandise, and maintaining garden displays Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; outdoor work experience is a plus Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, floral design, or gardening techniques highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have for serving diverse customers Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and inventory records efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods and perform outdoor tasks comfortably in various weather conditions Passion for helping customers with their outdoor projects and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Join us to inspire customers with your knowledge and enthusiasm!
