Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored recommendations Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented in accordance with merchandising standards Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently, providing detailed information about items and current promotions Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or assisting via phone calls Support cashiering duties including cash drawer handling, basic math calculations, and processing retail sales efficiently Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or apparel environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude

Pay:
