Job description We are looking for an ideal candidate that has relevant luxury retail sales experience and possess exceptional customer service skills. The applicant of choice should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our prestigious timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team. Profile Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all of our unique and impeccable range of products and their distinctive characteristics Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences which enlighten and provide insights into the ancestry of OMEGA Utilize our expansive training techniques to engage, inform and retain a gratified and loyal client base Provide a unique and special experience to all clients Meet and exceed sales goals Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client's tastes and goals for future purchases Assist team members in sales process as per established boutique protocols Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach

Rate of Pay:

$21

• $27 per hour + Commission Professional requirements For details on the prerequisites for this exciting opportunity, please see skillsets required MUST possess 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of our company collection of timepieces Talented negotiation prowess Passion for the art of selling Must be able to work flexible schedule throughout the week MS Office experience is highly desirable Local applicants only.

Physical Requirements Required to stand for long periods of time. May be required to lift packages/boxes up to 20 lbs. Occasional bending or stooping.
