This role blends retail sales with client support across our full range of offerings: crystals, Reiki, sound healing, our Himalayan salt room, yoga, and chromotherapy.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and create a warm, informed shopping experience Maintain working knowledge of our crystal inventory, herbal apothecary items, and service menu (Reiki, sound healing, salt room sessions, yoga, chromotherapy) Guide customers toward crystals, herbs, and products suited to their intentions or needs Recommend complementary products to round out a customer's purchase Explain product benefits, uses, and care (cleansing/charging crystals, herb preparation, etc.) Process sales via POS, handle returns and exchanges Schedule and check in clients for booked services (Reiki, sound baths, salt room, etc.) Promote current sales, seasonal offers, and our loyalty program Assist with light merchandising and restocking

Qualifications:

Prior retail or customer service experience (3 years preferred) Genuine interest in or working knowledge of crystals, herbalism, or holistic wellness practices provided Comfortable using a POS system and basic booking software Reliable, personable, and able to work independently during shifts
