Suite Snob Boutique | Verona, NJ Suite Snob Boutique is hiring! We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and fashion-forward Sales Associate with excellent customer service skills and prior retail experience. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, enjoys styling customers, and can create a welcoming shopping experience for every client. Hours & Pay $16 per hour Required hours: Wednesday-Friday, 2:00 PM-6:00 PM These are set hours and applicants must be available during this time Days may occasionally change based on the needs of the boutique Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients Assist multiple customers at once while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Work independently and confidently maintain the store Help clients select outfits and provide styling recommendations Handle basic math and transactions accurately Create and organize merchandise tags Steam and prepare new merchandise for the showroom Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing Assist with merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the boutique Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content, including posts, reels, and promotional flyers Help promote new arrivals, sales, and boutique events through social media Requirements Previous retail experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Outgoing and friendly personality Ability to multitask and assist multiple clients simultaneously Comfortable working independently Fashion-forward with an eye for styling and coordinating outfits Basic math skills Punctual and reliable High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable creating social media content Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Location Suite Snob Boutique Verona, New Jersey If you are passionate about fashion, customer service, and social media and would love to be part of a growing boutique, we would love to hear from you!
