• Exempt Braen Supply, the premiere landscape, masonry, and hardware building supplier in the greater tri-state area, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate who is able to work at our locations (Haledon, Randolph & Wanaque, NJ).

We are a safety minded company and expect the successful candidate to be as well. This position is hourly, non-exempt from overtime. Overtime is paid after 40 hours are worked each week. Hours of work are will vary. This position may be subjected to seasonal layoffs. Expectations/ Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Candidate will be very customer service oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Exercise exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person Experience with masonry, landscape and hardware products is preferred but not required Answer Phones Extensive product knowledge will be expected Ability to multitask Ability to stay calm under pressure Possess patience when assisting contractors and homeowners Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Hours of work are generally 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes:

Provide friendly customer service Excellent math skills Bilingual skills strongly preferred
