Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of new or popular items Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash handling Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction Manage stock levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Maintain a clean, organized store environment that adheres to safety and compliance standards Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash drawer handling and retail math calculations Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and retail transaction procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills for transactions Excellent phone etiquette for answering inquiries professionally Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while maintaining a positive attitude Passion for the industry with a desire to learn about cannabis products and regulations Must be 21 years of age or older (or as per local legal requirements) Join us in creating an engaging shopping environment where education meets excellent service!
