We're building a team of people who care about doing right by our customers and by each other — knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely into what we do. The role As a Budtender, you're the face of the store. You guide customers through our menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and make sure every person leaves informed and taken care of. You'll ring up sales, keep the floor stocked and clean, and help us stay fully compliant with New Mexico cannabis regulations. No prior cannabis experience required — if you've got great customer service instincts and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest. What you'll do Greet and assist customers, answering questions about products, effects, dosing, and consumption methods Make personalized recommendations based on customer needs and experience level Verify customer age and ID on every transaction, with zero exceptions Accurately process sales in our POS and seed-to-sale tracking system Handle cash responsibly and keep your drawer balanced Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the retail floor and back-of-house clean and organized Follow all state and local compliance requirements and company SOPs Contribute to a positive, team-first environment Nice to have Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience Existing cannabis product knowledge Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
