We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-first individuals who want to grow with our shop from day one. While prior cannabis industry experience is a major plus, strong retail or hospitality backgrounds are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and guide them to the right products based on their preferences.

Compliance:

Rigorously check IDs and strictly adhere to all New Mexico cannabis retail regulations.

Product Knowledge:

Learn our inventory—including flower, prerolls, concentrates, carts, and edibles—to provide confident recommendations.

Daily Operations:

Manage point-of-sale (POS) cash transactions, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

What We Are Looking For Age Requirement:

Must be 21 years of age or older (required by New Mexico state law).

Skills:

Comfortable with cash handling and operating efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Availability:

Possess a reliable ride and a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.

Language:

Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred, but not required.
