Cannabis Dispensary Budtender Location:

Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Budtenders to join our Rio Rancho dispensary team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers with product selection, provide excellent customer service, accurately process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary. We are looking for team members who communicate well, show up on time, are willing to learn, and can work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Help customers understand and select cannabis products based on their preferences Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing Accurately process cash and POS transactions Verify customer identification and follow all required procedures Restock products and keep displays organized Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area Assist with inventory counts and identify potential discrepancies Follow opening, closing, and daily store procedures Follow company policies and applicable New Mexico cannabis regulations Communicate inventory, customer, or operational issues to management Work collaboratively with managers and other budtenders Complete assigned daily tasks in a timely manner Qualifications Previous cannabis dispensary experience preferred Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Previous POS system experience preferred Experience with Dutchie POS preferred Basic cannabis product knowledge preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Willing to learn about cannabis products and store procedures Strong attention to detail Able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Must meet all New Mexico requirements for working in a licensed cannabis establishment Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are reliable, personable, and willing to learn .
