Retail Sales Associate - The Pink Rose Boutique About Us The Pink Rose Boutique is a locally owned boutique that prides itself on providing a welcoming shopping experience and helping our customers look and feel their best. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and fashion-minded team member who enjoys working with people and thrives in a positive, fast-paced retail environment. Job Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with exceptional customer service. Help customers find clothing and accessories that fit their style. Provide honest, helpful fashion advice and styling suggestions. Operate the cash register and accurately process sales. Tag and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor. Restock displays and keep merchandise organized and appealing. Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting store environment. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Work as part of a team to create a fun and positive shopping experience. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Passion for fashion and helping others feel confident. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized. Retail experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
