Job Description:
Accountabilities Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S. Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis. Complete repairs as they arise Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc. Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation Conduct periodic supply checks. Retrieve parts for the department as needed. Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving as needed. Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process. Compensation Range:
