Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product demonstrations when appropriate Operate the cash register accurately, handling all retail sales transactions with precision and efficiency Manage cash drawer handling and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Perform stocking duties to ensure shelves are well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing Engage customers through upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance sales performance Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, supporting their purchasing decisions and fostering loyalty Skills Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations Previous supervising experience in a retail environment is a plus Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively Bilingual communication skills to serve diverse customer needs Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members Familiarity with merchandising principles to maintain attractive product displays Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions accurately Experience in retail sales, upselling, and promoting store products effectively Join our team where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
