Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desired
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
